Content policy
Every real person depicted must be at least 18 years old and must have consented to the use of their likeness. Do not submit unlawful material, sexual depictions of minors, or material shared without consent. Age labels and uploader confirmations do not replace legally required age and identity records.
Records and responsible producers
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 CFR Part 75 impose record-keeping and disclosure requirements on producers of covered visual depictions. Audio, text, non-explicit imagery, and fictional artwork do not by themselves establish that those requirements apply to a particular item. Applicability depends on the actual material and the producer's role.
Where records are required, the responsible producer must maintain them and publish the required records-location statement. A website domain is not a records custodian or records-storage address. This policy does not certify that performer records have been collected, or substitute for a producer-specific statement identifying the actual custodian and records location.
